The Heavy Series is our most powerful range of platforms. While all our platforms are extremely sturdy and stable, the Heavy Series feels the most robust and solid. Its booms are extremely sturdy, made from our most hard-wearing materials. The platforms in the Heavy series come with a 175° movable cage boom and can be fitted with 2x80° cage rotation as an option. The PD-series has a memory function for different settings as well, and when it comes to options, only the sky is the limit.
The PD215V is suited for mounting on chassis and vans with a total weight from 12 tons.
The PD215V has a 175 movable cage boom. The inner and outer boom are made of high-strength steel to ensure stability and a long service life. The PD215V regulates its horizontal outreach depending on the load in the cage - from 100 kg to 265 kg. This product oozes strength and power. As on our other products, subframe and outriggers are galvanized to ensure a long service life.
